Trevor Hand from the Astronomical Society of Victoria gave us a close look at the difference between asteroids, meteoroids, meteors and meteorites, where they come from, what they’re made of and what happens when one hits the Earth!
We examined some of the early theories of what meteorites were and where some of the best impact sites are.
There was also be some bits and pieces to see and touch, including some really cool surprises.
This big sky rock is really heavy.
