Wednesday, July 28, 7.30pm. Clubroom Eaglehawk Secondary College. BDAS Annual
General Meeting followed by the July General Meeting.

At the AGM reports for the past year are presented to members. Committee
positions are declared vacant and are open to nominees. This is an opportunity
for members to be part of the committee and assist in the management of the
Club.

After six years as President, Graeme Knight is not renominating. Tony Morris (Secretary)
and Selina Griffin (Treasurer) have indicated they will not seek re-election.

Role descriptions for committee positions are being prepared as guidance for future committee
members. Nomination forms will be available at the June General Meeting and will also
be forwarded with AGM documents.
The AGM is also an opportunity to volunteer for non elected positions such as Education
Officer, newsletter editor and media liaison.
